The children celebrated World Mental Health Day. They learned about resilience and discussed the importance of feeling positive. They discovered that our mental health is just like our physical health, everybody has it and we need to take care of it.

Calm is offering ‘soothing meditations’, a ‘calm masterclass’, ‘calm kids’ and mindfulness resources.
Headspace
Headspace has a collection called ‘Weathering the Storm’ which includes meditations, sleep and movement exercises. Access this via the website.
